With over 20 years experience in the real estate industry in very
competitive market places such as Reno, Nevada and Beverly Hills,
California, I have come to understand market trends and understand
the importance of recognizing opportunity when I see it.
When I found out that Andres Duany, the same urban planner
responsible for the revitalization of downtown Naples 10 years ago,
was now involved with the redevelopment of downtown Fort Myers, I
knew that this was a city worth further inspection.
Upon my arrival back in March of 2004 I was so excited about
what was happening here, that I personally purchased in 5 high rise
communities! I think that downtown Fort Myers right now is what
West Palm Beach was seven years ago.
I enjoy helping to educate buyers and investors alike to the
